Biblical evangelism cannot be separated from the church, and where churches do not exist they should be planted. In the Book of Acts we see Paul gathering new believers into churches. Church planting is essential to the fulfillment of the biblical mission. In this section of the lecture "Biblical Foundations of Church Planting" Craig Ott: - quotes Howard A. Many Christians are unthinkably horrified when a real sinner is suddenly discovered among the righteous. But the fact is that we are all sinners. In this section of the lecture Dennis Kizziar talks specifically about our sin nature and the anatomy of a fall. The old sin nature can erupt in a variety of ways. There can be either a manifestation of the sins of the flesh or the sins of the spirit. Dennis Kizziar shares the beginning of the story of a man who succumbed to the sins of the flesh and was overwhelmed by the world's system.

Those desiring to be restored are vulnerable and emotionally fragile. They need to be approached in the most sensitive and kind way possible. In this section of his lecture Dennis Kizziar focuses on a biblical passage which is especially helpful in giving insights on how the church should respond to repentant people. After biblical church discipline has been exercised, what should be our response to the unrepentant person who still continues arrogantly in sin? In this section of the lecture "Biblical Chuch Discipline" Dennis Kizziar lets the Scripture be our guide, even though its teaching may seem harsh, unkind and unrealistic. He reminds us of the purpose of church discipline and explains why it is so important to understand clearly what the Bible has to say about church discipline and restoration.
