PT224 Eng 2. Fallen. On The Ground.
The Christian landscape is littered with fallen soldiers who never get off the ground instead of being restored fully to wholeness and usefulness. Unfortunately, many minister leaders either do nothing or they overreact and punish without mercy and grace. In this section of the lecture Dennis Kizziar shares two stories which are clear examples of what can go wrong - and right - when believers fall.
PT224 Eng 1. Introduction
Many ministry leaders and lay Christians don't know how to act or react to fellow believers when they learn of their sins. In this lecture Dennis Kizziar explains why it is critical to have a biblical understanding of church discipline and restoration if we want to help those who have fallen, been broken, and want to be restored. He also talks about the importance of balancing God's eternal principles stated in His Word and God's grace and love freely shown toward guilty and undeserving sinners.
PT224 Eng 3. Fallen. The Unholy Trinity.
Daily a great number of prominent Christian leaders fall into grievous sin that will become public knowledge. No one knows how many church members also fall into sin each month. Why do they do it? In this section of the lecture Dennis Kizziar gives answers to this question and focuses his attention on the passage where the apostle Paul admits that his old nature is cunning, baffling, and powerful.
